The Departed is one of the best i’ve ever seen. I actually own 2 of them!! The standard, then I saw a Bonus Disc, so I bought that one too!. The Green Mile is a classic, I love that one also.

Lucky Number Slevin- with Josh Hartnett and Bruce Willis. Really good movie with lots of twists.

Hey there,
Will Smith kills seven people in a car accident. One of those people is his girlfriend (love of his life), who was sitting next to him. Accident happens b/c he’s texting.

Next, he feels he must make up for those "Seven Lives", hence the title "Seven Pounds" & he finds way to save all seven people. He kills himself & they take his eyes, bone marrow, other things, and his heart. The heart goes to the new love of his life, Rosario Dawson. So, he killed the love of his life & at the end, he actually saved the love of his life (the sick one) by killng himself.

Yep his wife was killed in an accident and a van of people, he ends up killing himself with his pet jellyfish in a bathtub full of ice water, the girls gets paged about having a donor gets the heart transplant then his brother explains everything to the girl about how will smiths character (Ben) donated a lung to him and the right side of his liver to another woman, the heart to her, the eyes to the blind guy, bone marrow to the kid.

He didn’t donate organs to seven people, he just changed sever peoples lives.

wow, i seriously cant believe some people are telling you the whole story…that completely ruins the dramatic effect.
all i can say is that i was as confused as you were when i heard about seven pounds.
basically it’s a guy who is going to change other people’s lives…and that is all you can get from the trailer.
watch the movie and you will see why these particular seven people and his reason for helping them.. GREAT MOVIE i might add, very emotional.

Hey! I wrote the blurb earlier and i’ve started to write chapter one. you dont have to read all that as its effort lol! but i was just woundering how long you think it will take to write? im in my teens, remember.

‘Midnight’ is about a very beautiful girl called Midnight who is haunted over her childhood. She has the most amazing eyes which are not just unique but they allow her to have control over any other being she meets. Midnight, only ten years of age, finds out that her mother and grandmother is plotting to kill her in fear of Midnight being a vampire or witch. They don’t succeed and the police charge her mother with attempted man-slaughter and goes to prison. Midnight is then forced to remain living with her father; her best friend. This seems like a dream to Midnight, who has always disliked her mother because of the way she treated her whilst her father always blessed Midnight and believed in her true potential. Midnight, now only thirteen, is distrought when she gets a very worried phone call from the hospital claiming her father has cancer. Sadly, two days before Midnight’s fourteenth birthday, her father dies and Midnight has to go to an adoption home. She attemps suicide many times but she always seems to live…

At fifteen Midnight runs away from the care home and meets a boy called Gabriel. Midnight and Gabriel fall in love, but she feels- always- that somethiing is missing. There are many twists in the story and the ending is arrupt after Midnight finds that her father was a vampire meaning she is half vampire too. Sarah, a close vampre friend of Midnight’s father, gives Midnight a reassuring letter left from her father before he died, explaining her heritiage and leaving an address to meet more vampires to convince her more. After arriving at the address she meets a vampire called Jarad and the void is finally filled that never is with Gabriel.

Shes getting married in two weeks time, who will she choose… Her always devoting, caring, reliable fionce or this new, messy, cold character who she knows nothing about?

pregnant and wondering?
okay so im pregnant and found out maybe about 5 weeks ago or so. i just got covered for insurance ( young and unemployed at the moment) well, i just got the approval letter in the mail about 3 days ago. My appointment isn’t until next Wednesday so im a little worried considering i haven’t had prenatal care at all.

I had a miscarriage about 3 months ago and it happened quick i was probably about 7 or 8 weeks along. this time id be about 11 or 12 weeks along according to last period. i have been having nausea, morning sickness, excessive hunger && many more symptoms. Im just still a little worried because i haven’t heard my babies heartbeat yet, and i dont wanna have a missed miscarriage.

if i havnt had cramping or bleeding and continue to have my symptoms my baby would by now have a heart beat right? if ive had morning sickness and all that…?

what do you think.

It’s fine. If you haven’t noticed any major cramping or any bleeding you should be ok. There are a lot of doctors that won’t see their patients until they’re at least 12 weeks. So don’t worry too much that you haven’t seen a doctor yet. You’re getting in soon so you should be fine!

So most first trimester miscarriages cannot be prevented because they are caused by chromosomal abnormalities and it is no one’s fault. I had a miscarriage 2 years ago and my doc still said he wouldn’t see me until I was 8 weeks along because one miscarriage does not up your chances of having another. However I told them since I had irregular periods I did not know hw far along I was. They saw me right away and it was good because I was 18 weeks 3 days at my ultrasound but my baby is fine. Just take your prenatal vitamins and wait for your appointment and go to the ER if you have any bleeding. Good luck and congrats!!!

Same question, different day lol. Would a story like this one appeal to you? Fantasy Fic.?
Deciding in July of this year to write a story, I planned on doing a spin off to Twilight by SM in the POV of a new character. But the character in question didn’t like that, didn’t like Twilight lol. I tried hard to get her to conform to my vision of her being a Cullen, but she was having none of it and fought hammer and tongs for her own plot. She got it! And so here it is.
Also, I am not a writer and this is my first attempt to write a story.

The story:
Clarisse’ 2000th birthday is approaching. She has known all her ‘existence’ that she was different. What she didn’t know was that she is much more different than she could ever have imagined.
The first 1200 years of her life were spent with her brothers (not in the biological sense) Rohan and Tristan who have raised her since she was a baby. They know her history; what she REALLY is, what she should become and how she even became to be, but have chosen to keep this from her. Along come Nicoli and Verity. Nicoli and Verity are a father/daughter duo. They live as a family of five for almost 800 years until one day Verity, after harbouring such an immense amount of hate for Clarisse, leaves, taking her father with her (because that is his daughter, his blood) and breaking a family apart. Thus, their departure sets off a chain of events that sets Clarisse’ wheels of fate in motion. A peace covenant made between Magics Elders and Darkworld Royals will be been broken. Blood will be spilled, and Clarisse will be found. Now her brothers must fight to keep the Royals from her while trying to calm the animosity between them and the Elders. The Royals send out assassins, the Elders seek retribution, and a family of 3 must battle for the salvation of an entire race. The odds are stacked against them and allies are few. What will they do? Prologue:

Faster than anyone can comprehend I darted across the room, my eyes squarely fixed on my sister… my life… my everything; though she would never know that. Her new eye colour; a sparkling charcoal flame hue, sat well against her lightly tanned skin, the anger seeping from them growing more dangerous as each second passed. She was losing control. We were losing her.

Outside flashes of bright blue and white danced across the rolling sea of black sky, followed by the rumbling sound of surging thunder. The thunder made the house vibrate violently, while the wind; which less than five minutes ago was nothing more than a gentle breeze now howled ferociously, singing an eerie song of malevolence and bringing with it the first few drops of rain.

"Liss" I whispered, taking her face in my hands and lifting it up to mine.
"Fight this! For me, for Tristan, for you, fight this!" I pleaded.
"Pease!"
"Move … Rohan" her tone was low, the sound escaping through gritted teeth.

Resting my forehead on hers I forced every ounce of love, warmth and comfort that I could muster from within me and into her. The emotions passed between us, but had only the slightest effect on hers. This moment was the one moment we had tried desperately to keep her from experiencing. Yes she was the Ancient, but no it did not have to be this way.

Her eyes, in all their charcoal flamed glory, swirled with fury as she ripped her face from my hands. Bringing her hands up to her chest the speed she used in her movements were too fast for me to see. My body flew through the air, sailing backwards, where with a thunderous crash I smashed into the marbled fireplace.

The lightning outside flashed brighter, angrier, and the thunder that rumbled now roared dangerously; just as the the wind wailed fiercely and the rain now fell with an unmatched power all of its own.

My heart, had I had one that beat, would surely have been pounding furiously in my chest; dancing erratically with the frenzied shutters that banged loudly against the windows.

The monster, her monster, which had been so eager to escape, was now being liberated. Brutal violence emanated around us, ripping through the layer of anger that had lingered far too long. Her body rose from the floor, her face looked to the skies, a pained scream escaped her lips.

A burning desperation ripped through my body; desperate to save her, and foolish enough to die trying. With no caution for my own well-being, for my own safety, I sprung to my feet.

The prologue is actually something I just wrote lastnight. It would appear in the 3rd instalment of a book that was only meant to be 1 novel lol.

Five Children and It (2004) IMDB rating: 5.50 Plot: ‘It’ is a Psammead (voiced by Eddie Izzard), an ancient, ugly and irritable sand fairy the children find one day on a secret beach at their uncle’s mansion. It grants them one wish per day, lasting until sunset. But they soon learn it is very hard to think of really sensible wishes, and each one gets them into unexpected difficulties. Magic, the children find, can be as awkward as it is enticing.
