Score, The (2001) IMDB rating: 6.80 Plot: Nick Wells, a professional criminal, decides to leave the business for good, since he nearly got caught on his last job. His plan is to live in peace with his girl Diane, running his Montreal jazz club NYC. Soon Max, his good friend and financial partner in the illegal affairs, comes along with an offer Nick can’t refuse: A historical and priceless French sceptre has been discovered while being smuggled into the country. Is this what the world has come to today, insulting people for getting a good grade?
I’m a sophomore in High School right now and I’m in this AP European History class that is probably the hardest class I’ve ever taken in my entire life (and I love history). Our tests are so hard, that our teacher has no choice but to curve them all so that the person with the highest grade gets a 100, and the difference between the highest grade and 100 is added onto everyone else’s scores. Recently, I got a 94 on one of the tests (the highest score), so there was only a 6 point curve. Then afterwords, I get the most shit I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. I actually had a girl ask me if I could purposely get questions I know wrong so the curve would be more! I mean is it a crime that I actually tried to do my best and I studied for a test? I really don’t understand people today…What is your guys’ opinions on this? I’m being out-casted because of this thing…

I think the teacher should give the grades as they are. If there is a "need" to curve them all…someone isn’t getting the teaching done.

yes dont do that, i wouldnt get high scores on tests if my friends asked me to. its your choice do you want friends to like you, or do you want good grades and ppl despise you. high school is stupid anyways no1 looks at grades on high school, even college, a degree is barely looked at either in this time of america.
